New restaurant for rent at lively Dublin city centre location
A new restaurant premises has become available to rent at One Coppinger Row and 57 South William Street, Dublin 2, which is next to the Powerscourt Centre in the lively area between Grafton St and South Great George’s Street.
Agents HWBC are asking €140,000-a-year on behalf of the landlord, Aviva Life and Pensions Ireland.
