Question You’ll laugh at me, but I’m one of the last people to get a smartphone. My son bought me an iPhone earlier this year and I’ve started to get the hang of it. But it still takes me a long time to do things on it and I sometimes get stuck in ‘apps’. Is there anywhere I can get advice in non-tech language? — Clodagh Brennan
