MrBeast claims Irish advert features his image ‘without consent’
The image at the centre of the lawsuit
Hugely successful YouTuber Jimmy Donaldson, known as MrBeast, has claimed marketing material used for the launch of his MrBeast Burger brand in Ireland used his name and image without his consent.
The allegation was made in Donaldson’s lawsuit against US-based Virtual Dining Concepts (VDC), the company behind his fast food chain MrBeast Burger, for making what he calls “inedible” food.
