Report reveals a rebound in Cork construction activity during 2022
Data also shows there were 5,182 residential transactions in Cork during 2022, up from 4,925 in 2021
The GeoDirectory Residential Buildings Report revealed there were 3,201 new address points added to the GeoDirectory database in 2022, with 2,393 units under construction in Cork as the year drew to a close.
