Harold’s Cross: The neighbourhood becoming Dublin’s new hotspot

The Harold’s Cross Community Festival is probably the biggest event on the neighbourhood calendar. Founded in 2009, the festival takes place in May each year and includes a children’s carnival, music, art, literature, history and walking tours.
