Zelensky assures US that powerful F-16 fighters won’t target Russia

Volodymyr Zelensky has given Washington a “flat assurance” that F-16 fighters will not attack Russian soil, Joe Biden confirmed yesterday after lifting a veto on Ukraine’s access to the jets.
